Hey, have you READ Part 1 Article 1? If not, please do. It states in there ALREADY that shop owners/club presidents can't join the board made for general site staff and teachers.

So, this is not currently an educational decree and is not in the policy, just so you know. If you still want it to be, we can keep debating. I am going to leave this topic open. (p.s. PLEASE check out article 2 on the policy debate)

i noticed article two. you have all that stuff on shop owners and everything. but can you include club owners and that teachers are required to join the forums? not as a decree?

There should be an educational decree for teachers. I still don't think it's necessary for club owners to join.

And so you guys know, according to policy club owners CAN'T join the staff board. *sigh* The confusion! Ok, I'm not really all that in favor of this policy. For one thing, why should we do this? For another thing, it's not required for members to join the forums. What about teachers who are uncomfortable participating on the forums? Why do teachers HAVE to join? There really has been no explanation, just confusion. And random stuff about shop owners and club heads. And wether or not the decrees are in the policy. Now that we have articles 1, 2, and 3 up, that is all explained. I would like to delete this confusion topic, and restart this debate, as there really was no debating, and I'm begining to question this policy.

Ldragontongue, we need to have a way for teachers to communicate about issues. The forums are really the only way to do this.

well said arianhrod. and although i ahve the email of all the teachers and everything, if they were all members on one board it'd be easier to make announcements and stuff. besides, you can hide your email on the forums. and also we can put in that you have to join as a teacher unless you have a serious problem/issue with that.
