Well, yeah. Walking around in your bra when you're alone in the house/your family doesn't care is hardly a terrible thing. But, I think the main problem is the message that it sends other people. So, when you're in public, should you be wearing things that seem to shout out: ??

i think some girls wear those types of clothes because then boys stare at them, and it's a confidence booster. but girls really shouldn't think like that.

I wouldn't be suprised if that's true, but also that, most of the other girls who wear those clothes wear it because it's "in style"--another confidence booster. It makes sense--in that case, we need to get girls' confidence up, and the fad will fade.
