lately, i've been thinking aobut the quidditch rules and how tomake them, and i was wondering who should make them and wheather they should be debated. for example, should i write them and then they can be debated? should the dept. of magical gaems and sports write them? shoudl the admin do them? should we debate about them at all?
i think that the dept. for magical games and sports should write the quidditch rules, and then we can put them up as a debate and add or change stuff, and debate about it.

i think the dept. should debate how to write the rules on our board and then post them here or in the locker rooms for the quidditch teams to debate on them. and then if everyone agrees, we make it official!

I agree with both of them since you both said the same thing in a way.

i think everyone should be able to debate them later because quidditch players play by the rules, yes but they can't just change the rules themselves. which is why we should have a public debate.

well maybe we could reach an agreement among the teams and their members then ask everyone else if they agree

well, that kinda makes it a requirment for quidditch members to debate and what if they don't want to? if we have a beneral debate quidditch players can debate too if they feel like it.

It is really hard to get people to debate sometimes, so I agree with Ana. If the Quidditch players don't feel like participating in the debate, they can just be stuck with the rules whether they like them or not.

if we have an open debate for everyone, people can read other people's opinions if they odn't have their own and agree or disagree.

i think we should have the department do them then have everyone decide if they like them or not then if they do then thats great but if they dont get them to give suggestions about it and the depatment can see what the y can do about it. but i think the depatment will do a pretty good job b/c they have some great people working big time in there

i think we've pretty much reached consensus, so that's what we're going to do.

We should do the same thing as we did for the policy, debate and edit, and then they revise accordingly.
