Email her about this, and have her look at the site and send five emails. For instance, an easy thing to do is buy items.

And if someone is too busy, like I said when I proposed this criteria idea, if the person gives you a good reason that they are not participating that month, then they are fine, until the next month when you might send another warning. So, if someone is too busy, they are excused from HWH.

That has nothing to do with this site. Ask her if she really wants to be a member, and, if she says yes, tell her she needs to participate, and, if she says no, take her off. I agree with ldragontongue on the good reason exemption.

yeah, but there has to be a limit on good reason. vaation, internet down, email down, REALLY busy, etc...is ok but sometimes people start making excuses.
and i'll email her, it's annoying me too.

I trust your judgement on good excuses. For instance, my Bat Mitzvah preparation is a good excuse.

Be patient. Tell her that, if she wants to be a member, it's imperative that she either gives and exscuse, or starts participating.

The five emails is just for people who don't participate in other ways.

You DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT have to meet all the criteria for the month. But you must meet ONE aspect of the criteria. What you do depends on who you are. People who meet the most criteria wil recieve a fan of the month award, but it is not crutial to meet all the criteria. And, don't worry, by posting on the forums, as you are, you are meeting one of the criteria "aspects".

I don't think that fulfilling all of the criteria should win you a fan of the month award. That should be something for Ana to consider, but that shouldn't be the only way to win.

She's on a school trip to Washington DC. You CAN'T blame her. thank you!! you try owning a website like HWH, going away for 4 days, having to sleep on a bus and then update! as for fan of the month i don't like people winning by default so i take this into consideration.
